Stayed a night (RM134.58) for meeting at Sheraton Imperial KL- 10 mins walk. Checked in 5pm and out at 8am the next morning so not much bad comments. Pros - Location is strategic for my meeting - Can stay up to 2 adults and a kids - Marts at ground floor for convenience especially solo traveler - View from 22th floor was superb - Missing a battery for the remote and sorted out within 30min - Kitchen utensils were completes - Smooth process during check out and RM200 for the refundable deposit Cons - Reception staffs did not check in my room card when i arrived at the room doorstep and i have to go down again to informed. No apologies from them. - No washing machine - Towels in the room very dirty, better use your own one. - No comment on facilities as i did't use it. - You need to pay for the car park each time you are in and out. Overall, this price with solo traveler like me was cheap. I just need a night to rest after meeting. This is not a 5 star hotel, do not expect much professionalism from the receptionist. If you are concern on cleanliness, this is not the good option. If i would bring along my kids, i will not having this residence as well

We checked in 2 rooms from 23rd September to 28 September. On 24th the room I stayed have bed bugs bites until my neck,shoulder and even my eye all red spot and also blisters. Requested change room but unfortunately need to wait the next day if any guest check out then can arrange for me, then immediately request for bed sheets and pillows change, end up the receptionist just passed me and asked me to change myself! This is ridiculous!!! Do check on my photos and even video show, how worst is the bed bugs bitten me and the service 👎👎👎!!! P/S: 26th the management staff "Shan" contact me to apologies and immediately upgrade our room; 29th he called again to send regards to me.

I love the fact that I pay less for a suite that is almost equivalent to a hotel room. There is no point I book for an expensive five star hotel, if I can get the same experience in Summer Suites Residences.

Was not expecting much when I booked via Agoda, as the building looked aged compared to the other apartments in the area. Location wise, this place is tops! Just few mins walk to KL Tower and a little bit further it's Bukit Bintang. Great place to stay after a night of partying, we got back to our Suite and enjoyed the sight of the Petronas tower from our balcony! Lovely! Room was neat & clean, just like an apartment , with huge fridge & microwave ! Awesome!

Thank you for giving me a wonderful Experience homestyle like apartment.We could have light cooking in the room. Staffs were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely would come back and stay. KLCC is nearby which makes it convenient to go around in Kuala Lumpur. Strategic location to be travelling around.
